Internship Description
Assist Director of Product Development with new product development research. Use design and color aesthetic to contribute ideas in company product meetings. Maintain product archive of company products. Perform related tasks as needed for other departments within company, including Production and Marketing.

Duration is flexible. School credit or negotiable stipend. Benefits: possible full-time employment, willing to act as a professional reference, willing to complete paperwork for educational credit, willing to provide letters of recommendation.

Technological Skills
Microsoft Office. Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator a plus. Painting and color theory also advantageous.

Interpersonal Skills
Intern will be involved with all areas of the company and interact with all MRC employees.

Other Skills
Organizational skills to perform research on internet, and ability to submit concise, accurate findings. Must be flexible, independent, and display a willingness to help in all facets of the company, executing small tasks if necessary.
